This is my original BBQ sauce developed in 2019. It has a sweet but salty base with layers of flavor from herbs and spices influence by Kansas City, St. Louis, and Memphis style sauces. It was developed for pulled pork, but tastes great on all cuts of pork, beef, chicken, salmon, duck, lamb, turkey, and anything else that can use a delicious kick of BBQ flavor.
