Our Cantina Cowboy sauce started out as just a spicy version of Pitmaster’s Secret but immediately evolved when I was introduced to the owner of Red Ox Distillery and tried their Limecello. It now has the same sweet and savory notes as the original, but it has a smoky heat and a zesty lime flavor that will hit you with a flavor explosion. Tastes great on beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, duck, salmon, and just about anything else you can think of. Enjoy the tang on the front and the slow burn on the back with every bite.
