We took a left turn on this one and ended up in Southeast Asia. This sauce is more of a glaze with soy, ginger, miso, and garlic blended with sweet notes and some of the funk commonly seen in Asian cuisine. You get hit with tangy lime flavor from Red Ox Distillery limecello to balance out the flavor. This sauce is ideal for fish, chicken, pork, duck, lamb, and turkey, but I have enjoyed it on beef as well.
